Image retention
All uploaded and processed images are automatically deleted from our servers within 24 hours. We do not store images permanently, even for paid users. If you need to keep a result, download it to your device.
No training on your data
Wipeat does not use your images to train AI models. The detection and inpainting models (Florence-2, SAM3, Moebius) are pre-trained and run locally on our GPU. Your images are processed and deleted, never archived for training.
Anonymous usage
You can use Wipeat without creating an account. We track anonymous usage via browser fingerprinting and IP-based rate limiting to prevent abuse. We do not link fingerprints to personal identities unless you voluntarily create an account.
Payment data
Payment processing is handled by Moyasar, a SAMA-licensed payment gateway. Wipeat never sees or stores your full card number. We only store your subscription status and the last 4 digits of your card for receipt purposes.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for session management and anonymous fingerprinting. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics via PostHog is privacy-respecting and does not set cross-site tracking cookies.
PDPL compliance
Wipeat complies with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL). You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
